  • Exam Invigilators -

    We are seeking some new

    Exam Invigilators

    We are looking for some enthusiastic individuals to join our team of exam invigilators.

    You will be responsible for supervising students sitting exams throughout the school year.

    Hours are flexible and would ideally be suited to people living locally who are

    looking to work occasional hours to suit as and when required.

    This will be paid on a band 5.

  • Study Support Supervisor -

    Contract: 9 hours per week, term-time only

    Salary Point: Grade: Grade 4 (SCP 13)

    Whole-Time Equivalent Salary: £16,491.00

    Actual Salary: £2219.00 For two terms (Spring and Summer 2018)

    Overall purpose of the post:

    To lead and be responsible for the day to day organisation of the After School Study Support provision providing high standards of care and study support opportunities after the school’s enrichment programme. To offer a quiet, safe and secure environment for students until parents can collect them

    Main duties and responsibilities:

    1. Work with all staff to ensure and provide care, study opportunities and activities in a supportive and safe environment, with regard to the individual development needs of the children.

    2. Be responsible for the day to day administration and record keeping that includes maintaining records of attendance and providing information returns and other appropriate records as required.

    3. Ensure the preparation and maintenance of materials, equipment and facilitate study support environment.

    4. Carry out any other duties which will be seen to enhance the work of the school’s extended day services.

  • PA/Office Manager -

    Easingwold School invites applications for the role of PA to the Principal/Office Manager from reliable, organised, conscientious individuals who are flexible team workers and show initiative. The overall purpose of the post is to provide an effective PA service to the Principal - taking minutes of meetings, preparation and typing of reports and letters, liaising with senior staff and Local Academy Council and Group Directors.

    A successful candidate must have the ability to work effectively and accurately under pressure whilst managing conflicting deadlines.

    This role requires an element of Line Management, so experience in this would be an advantage but is not essential.

    English and Maths GCSE at Grade C or higher or an equivalent qualification is an essential criteria.

    Salary: Band 8, scale points 22-25 £18,426 - £20,207

    Hours: 37 hours/week, term time only plus 2 weeks

    Contract: Permanent

  • Administrator - Consequences & Inclusion -

    Easingwold School seeks applications from outstanding applicants with integrity, imagination and energy for this rewarding role.

    Starting as soon as possible, we are seeking to appoint enthusiastic and flexible candidates to join our expanding support team.

    This post is within our Inclusion Team, reporting to the Inclusion Coordinator, focusing on the pastoral and behaviour administration needs of our students. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and listening skills; as well as the ability to work under pressure, be able to organise and plan workloads effectively. You will be required to analyse and evaluate data correctly and report this to the inclusion department. A working knowledge of standard computer packages e.g. word, email and excel is essential.

    Working under the direction of senior staff, you will co-ordinate the support provision for students who need help in overcoming barriers to learning and developing their potential by raising standards of behaviour for learning. Driving may be required within this role for home visits and Trust departmental meetings.

    An enthusiastic, flexible individual with the ability to provide professional and efficient administrative Inclusion support to the Academy with a primary focus on updating and maintaining the SEN register and administration to fully support the Inclusion department.

    Salary: Band 4, scale points 9-13, £13,122 - 14,074

    Contract: Permanent, 37 hours/week, term time only

  • Learning Manager -

    Starting as soon as possible, we wish to appoint a Learning Manager to join our existing team. You will be required to support learning through the use of data, strategic intervention and monitoring in order to maximise student attainment. You will monitor all students in the year group, both academically and with behavioural issues. You will work closely with the Head of Deep Support, Inclusion Coordinator, The Bridge on Intervention Strategies, and targeting students for intervention.

    You will utilise the MIS system in order to track and intervene with serial internal truants or students who are consistently late for lessons. Your role will have emphasis on intervention and student tracking throughout the day using the school’s “Praising Stars” system. You will attend case conferences and other meetings regarding students in your year alongside preparing referrals and reports for those students identified as needing intervention.

    You will contribute to an atmosphere of respect, recognition, optimism, celebration and mutual support in the school which promotes equality within, and values the diversity of, the school community.

    Driving may be required within this role for home visits.

     Salary: Band 7, scale points 19-22, £16,718 to £18,426

    Contract: Permanent, 37 hours/week, term time only plus 2 weeks
